They are comprised of builders, honourary and one boxing club, Firefighters/ South Hill Boxing club. Greater Victoria Sports Hall of Fame: by Brian Zelley Commonwealth Games Sports Committe 1989 to 1974) * The sports committee was inducted into the GVSHOF in 2014. However, all of the participants involved on the committee were not given recognition for their participarion and time involved. British Columbia Amateur Boxing Hall of Fame: * 1994 Commonwealth Games boxing was inducted as an event.  Where possible many have been recognized from British Columbia and the Canadian boxing team. Bert Wilknson served on the boxing  committee for a couple of years. And was one of the early volunteers in 1990. The original boxing committee was comprised of: Hassan Sunderanni, Brian Zelley, Mike Sartori and Glynn Jones. Hassan and Brian also served on the sports committee at various ponts between 1989 and 1994.  Part of Canada's boxing team

Greater Victoria Sports Hall of Fame by Brian Zelley * Commonwealth Games Sports Committee (1969 to 1974) Inductee 2014. British Columbia Amateur Boxing Hall of Fame * Boxing 1994 Commonwealth Games (1989 to 1974).   My role in both the sports committee and the boxing committe began in 1989 when I was one of four members of the boxing committee. The four of us were Hassan Sunderani, Brian Zelley, Mike Sartori änd Glynn Jones. In 1971. I served as an interim boxing chairman and member of the Sports Committee. Between 2009 to 2015, I have had the pleasure of sponsoring  four inductees and attending four induction ceremonies.
